Registration Instruction:

Please follow steps 1-3 below to complete the registration.

2. Complete a fee payment
3. Send proof of payment

1. Complete your online registration form

  • To complete the registration, a Gmail account is required. If you don’t have a Gmail account, sign up here.
  • The registration form is allowed to edit/update information. Therefore, a presenter can upload an abstract file when it is ready.
  • Caution: in the “Abstract Submission” section, an abstract file can not be deleted or replaced after it is uploaded.
  • An abstract template can be downloaded here. Please, name your file before upload as follows: “first name-last name-AB.doc”

3. Send proof of payment

  • To notify us after you made a registration payment, please send proof of payment via email to anscse24.kukps@gmail.com.
  • Please include the following information in the email:
    • First name, last name, and email address used in the registration
    • Attach your proof of payment (e.g. transfer slip/receipt)
    • Indicate the email subject as “[proof of payment]FirstName_LastName”
    • For BSc student, attach your student ID card
  • Note that once we have received your proof of payment, the receive will send you via email before the conference (date in the receive form is 28 April 2021).

Information for an Abstract

  • An abstract can be submitted/uploaded in the “Abstract Submission” of the registration form. ( Caution: in the “Abstract Submission” section, an abstract file can not be deleted or replaced after it is uploaded. )
  • The final submission deadline is Mar 31, 2021
  • All accepted abstracts will be printed in an abstract book and will be published on the ANSCSE website.
  • Acceptance of your abstract does not guarantee the acceptance of your full paper.

Information for Full Paper Submission

  • The submission deadline (final extended) is Apr 27, 2021.
  • The accepted full paper for ANSCSE24 will be published in Thai Journal of Mathematics (indexed by SCOPUS), Computational and Mathematical Methods (Wiley) or Journal Science and Science Education.
  • Submitted Full papers undergo a peer review process before acceptance.
  • Acceptance of your abstract does not guarantee the acceptance of your full paper.
  • No publication charge.
  • A full paper manuscript should be prepared in a format according to the journal’s author guidelines in the submission page.
  • For full paper submission in Thai Journal of Mathematics indexed by SCOPUS, please go to the submission page and select “SI: ANSCSE24”

  • For full paper submission in Computational and Mathematical Methods, please go to the submission page on the journal website and select Special Issues: “Computational Methods for Large-Scale Nonlinear Problems”, add “ANSCSE24” in the cover letter to Guest Editors: Poom Kumam & Jesùs Vigo Aguiar.

  • For full paper submission in Journal Science and Science Education, Please go to the journal page:

    Please register, login, and go to the dashboard to upload your paper. Please click new submission and select “research articles in science”. The copyright form is required. The supporting information is optional. Please add “ANSCSE24” in your cover letter. Three suggested reviewers with their full address are required in the cover letter.

Information for Poster Presentation

  • The content of the poster should cover the title, objectives, methodology, results and discussion, and conclusion.
  • The poster file should be in . jpg format in the size of A0.
  • The presenter needs to prepare a 3-minute flask talk in the form of video presentation (including 3-5 presentation slides or present your figure poster file in the video), along with the poster.
  • A poster file is saved in jpg format or power point (3-5 Slides).
  • A poster file and video clip link are submitted here before Apr 24, 2021 (extended).
  • Please, name your file before submission as follows: “first name-last name-PO.jpg”
  • A submitted poster file (jpg) will be uploaded to the website on Apr 24, 2021 (extended).
  • The video clip will be projected for 3 minutes and a presenter has 2 minutes for Q&A online via cisco-Webex on Apr 29, 2021.

  • Technical room on Cisco-Webex program for prepare your presentation will available on Apr 26-27, 2021. Room code will be announcement.

Information for Oral Presentation

  • A presenter has 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A) to present your work online via cisco-Webex.
  • You can choose either a live stream presentation or a video presentation.
  • In case a presenter prefers a video presentation, you need to be available during your time schedule for Q&A. Please, submit a video link here before Apr 24, 2021 (extended) .
  • Schedule presentation time for an invited speaker is 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
  • Technical room on Cisco-Webex program for prepare your presentation will available on Apr 26-27, 2021. Room code will be announcement.
